Tuesday October 28, 2014 -According to the Kenyan constitution, a State Officer shall behave, whether in public and in official life, in private or in association with other persons, in a manner that avoids demeaning the office that he /she holds.
However, to this woman working as a senior officer at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), the above words are as useless as P in Psychology.
The woman, who works at the office of the IEBC chairman, Issack Hassan, has been abusing other employee and even threatens them with sack if they fail to meet her demands.
According to informers, when the woman arrives at IEBC hqs at the Anniversary Towers, her aides have to receive her in the parking lot and carry all her belongings including her bag to the office.
The shameless woman then orders her employees to massage her feet as she enjoys breakfast at her office.
After taking her breakfast, employees are forced to apply make-up on the woman.
The most shocking thing is that the woman always asks employees to dispose her bloody sanitary pads every month of her cycle!
To get a clue of the mannerless woman, she was promoted a few months ago and that is why she is showing all these uncouth behaviors.
